Then our migration/relocation service is perfect for you. We create a complete backup of your external cloud, copy it to one of our servers and then import your cloud into our cluster. You continue to work as if nothing had happened. Of course, you can also do the backup/export of the current cloud yourself and just send us the download link for the backup. The migration can also be scheduled at any time on a weekend or in the evening/night so to not disrupt your operations. We are migrating the cloud in such a way that there will be minimal downtime on our side, only between 1 and 5 minutes. However, please note that if you use your own external domain, you will have to change your record with the DNS provider, which may take some time depending on the DNS update period. This is independent of our migration.
