You can access your cloud anywhere in the world with any browser. Your data, pictures, documents, calendar, contacts and much more are always and everywhere accessible. Synchronize your bookmarks and passwords with your local browser, create appointments, contacts, notes that you have then updated directly on all other devices. Manage your email account directly in your cloud with the MAIL app, share folders from your Nextcloud or create a survey for your users. Manage your Nextcloud profile, customize display name, choose profile picture, add personal details or change notification settings. The Maps app allows you depending on e.g. Google Maps to create your own private routes, to tag places, or to link photos to specific locations. Import/manage GPS tracks, find your phone or connect contacts to a location, it's easy.

Nextcloud Talk

Talk makes it easy to call clients, family and partners in one-on-one or group sessions. You decide whether you want to start/join an audio/video call in your browser or on a mobile device/tablet. Start an audio-video call with someone who is not a user of your Nextcloud ? No problem, create a room and you will immediately receive a public link that you can then send. Share files directly from Nextcloud or upload a file from your local device. Share the content of a single window or a full desktop screen for presentations with chat partners.
Functions such as RAISE HAND, BLUR BACKGROUND or SPEAKER VIEW are a matter of course.

Sync clients and mobile apps + E2E

The Nextcloud apps are available as a stable version for all operating systems. Use the desktop apps to sync your files between different devices or just sync to your cloud. See all activities of your files, as well as shared folders, bookmarks, notes,... directly locally in your client app. Share files/folders directly in your file explorer, either to other cloud users or create a public shared link with one click.
In the mobile apps you will find files, activities, media, favourites, shared folders, synced to mobile device, notifications, recycle bin, settings and much more. Create public shared links or share with other cloud users.

Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Bookmarks

Sync your contacts, calendar, notes, passwords, bookmarks and more across all your devices. On iOS you can easily add calendars and contacts via Settings --> Accounts. Use the CAL or CARDDAV address specified in the web panel and your login data. For passwords, bookmarks and notes, you can find suitable apps in Apple's App Store.
On Android, open source apps for your mobile device!
Use DAVx5 to sync your calendar and contacts, one app for both.
To sync bookmarks you can use floccus app. Local browser with extension app, mobile device via app and your Nextcloud server always synchronized.
Nextcloud Passwords provides a password manager using the Nextcloud app "Passwords" as backend service. Your passwords safe, encrypted and synced available across all devices.

Nextcloud Hub already has numerous useful functions/apps on board. Calendar, contacts, bookmarks, mail and much more. are already included in the Nextcloud CORE. With all ADMIN packages you have access to your cloud APP store and can activate more than 200 additional apps in your cloud. Please note the requirements of the individual apps, a small part of which requires additional software installations or adjustments on the server side. However, these adjustments are only possible if you have a SERVER package with us. However, the number of apps that require this is very small.
