Cloud down report

If you want to report a downtime of your cloud/service, we request to send us the following informations and also that you test public checks to see if its a server issue or only a issue on your end.

Please open a Support ticket and provide the following details:

Traceroute from min. 2 locations/networks
Instructions Perform a traceroute on Windows
    Click on start.
    Click in the search box.
    Then type cmd
    Once you have your Terminal box open, just type in the following but be sure to replace with your domain name:


    You should see a response similar to the following:
    Tracing route to [******]
    over a maximum of 30 hops:

    1    <1 ms    <1 ms    <1 ms
    2    <1 ms    <1 ms    <1 ms
    3     1 ms    <1 ms     1 ms
Perform a traceroute on Mac
The Terminal application that you need is located in the Utilities folder. To quickly locate it, click on the search icon in the top right corner and type 'Terminal'.
Open the Terminal app.
Once you have your Terminal box open, type in the following but be sure to replace with your domain name.


PING from min. 2 locations
Open your terminal and use "ping"


PUBLIC checks test
Ping your domain via worldwide check:
Do a webserver check at:


Please provide all results and details in your Supportticket, so you see if its a issue related only on your end or a issue on our server.
