Why are there different SLAs? Print

We hear this question many times and we will gladly explain it. We do not differentiate between private and business customers in the packages, as it is handled in other services (private packages / company packages separately). When it comes to business/corporate use, however, it makes a huge difference in the resource usage of our servers, due to many users, apps, syncs, ..., and thus fewer accounts per server can be set up. For this reason, we differentiate customer accounts from the booked SLA, which we also refer to on our package pages in the information box. There you will also find a link to our complete SLA details, which of course are also linked in the footer separately. OwnCube had initially separated the packages, but the website was too full with the large number of different services and the classification was changed to the SLA's after a few weeks.
