Info from nextcloud: note that we roll out new versions incrementally and usually wait a few weeks before we do so. This helps us catch any problems before it impacts too many users! If you wait for the updater to notify you, it can take some weeks.
At OwnCube, we currently test V17 already and update all update addon clients when we dont see any bugs/problems.
We will update new infos here soon. Please dont update until we confirmed the version as stable!
UPDATE 14.10.2019:
As per our tests, there is no issue with fresh installed or updated V17 of nextcloud. You can use the updater app in the cloud to update when its available. Our Autoupdate clients will get updates to V17 in the next days and the weekend.
UPDATE:
Because of some bugs with 17.0.0 this version has been skipped and update to 17.0.1 at the moment. All clouds should be updated until/at the weekend 23.11 -> 24.11.2019
