Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that we will do some server updates in the next few days.
These include PHP, APACHE, MYSQL, ....
The important thing is to check that you use a stable/supported (owncloud 10.x + / nextcloud 14x +), as we only support PHP 7.2 after the server updates.
Php5.6, 7.0 and 7.1 will be removed because it reached END OF LIFE * and are therefore no longer supported and no security updates will be given by the PHP team.
If after the changes you get a "your cloud is not compatible with PHPx" or "Service Unavailable" your cloud was not up to date. We can then only set your Account back to a older version and you need to do the updates to a stable version. Please note, that we are not responsable for the security of the account and your data during the time you use a outdated and unpatched php version or data during this period and assumes no liability. We informed about to update asap at every new release like you see in our announcements.

With these updates, new PHP version and Mysql integration, we can also offer you a better performance of the cloud, as well as a secure server software.

A release that is no longer supported. Users of this release should upgrade as soon as possible, as they may be exposed to unpatched security vulnerabilities.
