All SHARED ADMIN packages include the free PRIVATE USAGE SLA (12h business hours / working days MON-FRI 08-17 at 9h SLA per day) for support responses, orders, ....
If you want a faster response / setup time, or if you want to use the service as a company / association, .. (not only privately), you have to change / set the SLA accordingly. With a Business SLA, of course, you get even more benefits. Response time 24/7 at max. 1h, hosting on performance servers, installation of PHP extensions, using system crons, loading time checks, ... are also included. The Business SLA is available for € 10 extra per month and can be selected when ordering.
Why is there a separation of private - business via SLA at SHARED ADMIN packages? Does NOT apply to server packages.
  • We hear this question many times and we will gladly explain it. We do not differentiate between private and business customers for Does NOT apply to our SERVER packages, as it is handled in other companies (private packages / company packages separately). When it comes to business/corporate use, however, it makes a huge difference in the resource usage of our servers, due to many users, apps, syncs, ..., and thus fewer accounts per server can be set up. For this reason, we differentiate customer accounts from the booked SLA, which we also refer to on our package pages in the information box. There you will also find a link to our complete SLA details, which of course are also linked in the footer separately. OwnCube had initially separated the packages, but the website was too full with the large number of different services and the classification was changed to the SLA's after a few weeks.

Account type: private or business with SHARED ADMIN packages? Does NOT apply to server packages.
  • As our Does NOT apply to our SERVER packages are not divided into private and business, your account status (private or business) is assigned according to the SLA you booked. Your account is assigned exclusively according to the SLA you book, i.e. IRRESPECTIVE of your personal data (private/business), which you fill in at customer details. These data are irrelevant for the type of your account. Your account type (i.e. private or business) only depends on the SLA you book. Our SLA 1 and SLA 2 are for private customers, and thus designed for private use in terms of server performance, ... Our Company/Business SLA3 can be used both by companies and private customers, basically in order to get a business contract with us, but also to get cloud setup and services on business servers with better performance and fixed ressources. Another Business SLA advantage is the short, max. 1h ( 24/7 ) reaction time for requests and issues. Of course, as a company you can also book a Private SLA ( Test service, ...). But, please, keep in mind the details and the range of our Private/Premium SLAs compared to our Company/Business SLA, especially the lack of Business Support and entitlement to company contracts, as well as we do not establish business hosting settings. In addition, support with problems may be restricted, if the usual number of users for private use is exceeded, which is limited to 20 users at OwnCube. User numbers beyond 20 are considered as company/business use in terms of cloud and performance. If you have booked a private usage account (private SLA), you are only allowed to offer content on your domain/cloud for private and family purposes. Commercial websites and clouds that host company data/files or not exclusively for private and family purposes, require a Business / Company Account (Business SLA)

Backup**: Cloud-config + database backups: We create daily, free backups of all Cloud Config files and databases for all admin packages. Data / file folders are not included! These are not accessible to the customer and are only used in the event of server errors and / or errors by OwnCube.
